This article is the most difficult article I have ever written.  It is difficult because I am signing off as an author on Christian Nymphos.  Unfortunately, I am going through some personal challenges in my life at the present time.  They are nothing major but they are keeping me from being able put the effort into the blog that I have in the past.

I would first like to thank you, our readers, for helping this blog be so successful!!!!   Not everyone can say that they were mentioned in several articles, Slate being one of them, and asked to do multiple radio interviews.  That was quite an experience, one I will never forget.   I have a feeling that even bigger things are in store for this ministry!!!

The only thing that is more exciting than the articles and interviews is the thought of how many marriages have been helped though this blog.   It is an important ministry and I am so honored to have been a part of it since the beginning.  Many of our readers come here looking for inspiration, encouragement, a prayer request and advice.  Thank you for allowing me, Peppermint Girl, to be a part of that process!!!

Lastly, THANK YOU to my fellow Spice Girls!!!!  Cinnamon Sticks, Spicy Nutmeg and Cumingirl, each one of you mean something different to me and one is not greater than the other.  Just like this blog, all your individual support and influences come together so perfectly.  You all really do bring something unique to the table.  It saddens me that I won’t be sharing with you in this ministry but know that I am not disappearing and we will always be in touch!!!!  I love you girls!!!

Signing off with one of my most cherished verses from the bible……..

Corinthians: 4Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

 God Bless,

Peppermint Girl

  1. I have appreciated your wrting. Sorry to see you go, but I applaud you for being discerning enough to know when to give up good for the best.

Hope things go well for you.

  2. am going to miss you and your articles. Hope its for a while.
God will see you through those challenges(it comes)
    God Bless you real good

  3. I agree with “who am i”, Peppermint, that it is definitely sad you’re leaving, but it’s a good thing that you’re doing what needs to be done for yourself. I pray that all your current struggles will be sorted out for God’s glory sooner rather than later. 🙂 Do you think you’ll come back as a visitor once in a while?

  4. God bless you as you go!! Thank you for all your work here for the glory of the Lord and the good of His saints.

  5. Thank you for all the blessings to all…..they really touch my heart.

emily and mdcccc~ I’ll still be reading the blog and commenting where I feel I can help. As for God’s glory sorting out my struggles…it’s kind of funny. I have always felt extremely blessed and the issues that my family is dealing with have really opened my eyes to those blessings even more. I have my family, friends and we all have our health…..it doesn’t get much better than that. God is good!!

  6. Pg,
Sorry to see you go. I’ve enjoyed reading your articles and comments over the past few months. You’re an assest to the site, and will be missed greatly. God bless you and your family. Keep lovin your man! 🙂

  7. So long, dear lady,

Thank you so much for making my eyes bug out at some of the amazingly fascinating ‘positions’ you came up with. My mind boggled as I imagined getting myself into some of them and possibly not getting myself back out 😉

I sincerely hope you will still get that brave man of yours to ‘do you’ in as many ways as you possibly can and that this change you are making will free up more time for your darling and darling children than before.

Love God, love your man, love your kids and the rest is up for grabs when you can fit it in. Cyber squeeze. smP

  8. Peppermint Girl,

I definitely know what it is like to have to reprioritize your life and allow God to change where you spend your time and energy. I have basically done the same thing this last year. There is always a peace in knowing that you are acting in obedience to Him and following His will for your life. He always blesses our obedience and steps of faith.

Thank you for your ministry and allowing the Lord to use you through the Christian Nymphos blog. With your willing heart, I know there Lord will continue to use you to bless and encourage those He places in your path.
